We offer Yoga, Shiatsu, Mat Pilates, Reiki, and more, in a unique, cozy, and serene studio setting.

Kristen Brower will be teaching a 90 minute class aimed at teaching the fundamentals of this dynamic practice.  She will lead us through the 8 limbs of yoga philosophy and touch upon the psychology of the Yoga Sutras; what we can expect to encounter on the path of yoga, and how we can integrate these ancient teachings into our modern life.

Vinyasa Flow

This Vinyasa class is a spirited mindful flow. Focus will be on mindful breathing and synchronization of breath and body movement. Students will build strength, gain flexibility, and practice concentration while finding their edge, finding balance and finding peace of mind.
You will build heat in this flow while still connecting with your higher consciousness.
Beginners and Walk ins are welcome. Tap into your wellspring and find your center.

This yin yoga practice offers quiet stillness while holding poses for several minutes. Within that time, it allows the deep tissues of the body to stretch and release tension. While in these poses, and moments of stillness, it allows you an excellent opportunity to explore the inner workings of your mind and body leading to new discoveries and growth from within.
Walk Ins and new students are welcome.

A yoga class for everyone.  This all-levels vinyasa practice guides you through a series of gentle and passive poses as well as a creative flow synchronizing breath and movement. Accessible to all students, This class will offer instruction on sun salutations, hip openers, balancing poses (asanas), and help clear your mind of clutter to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Walk-ins and new students are welcome!

Join April Showman in a low impact yoga practice that invites your body and mind to release held tension and stress. While holding the poses, April will offer her gentle assists that will enhance the benefits and experience of the postures.
